As a psychologist providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples, my therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. It is my privilege to support clients in working toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of connectedness.

I believe that a strong working relationship is essential to effective therapy, and strive to create a foundation of trust and safety with each client. In addition to understanding the concerns that bring you to treatment, Im eager to hear about whats going well in your life so that we can leverage your existing strengths and coping skills as we work toward your goals.

My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, career questions and workplace concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem, body image, and adjustment to major life transitions and medical illness.

Prior to joining the team at The Center for Neuropsychology and Counseling, I spent two years working in Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. I have also worked in college counseling settings, supporting young adults in navigating their transitions into adulthood and the world of work.

Outside of my clinical work, I consult with university admissions teams, as well as provide research services to a range of organizations. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking with my rescue dog, playing elaborate board games with my fiancé, and attempting to make functional kitchenware in my weekly ceramics class.
