Dr Carson-Sacco's Fees
$220 for initial consultation (CPT 90801)
$170 per individual therapy session (CPT 90806)
$220 per family or couples therapy session (CPT 90846/7)
Other fees (e.g., for longer or shorter sessions) are available upon request
Dr. Stone's Fees
$275 for initial consultation (CPT 90801)
$250 per hour for evaluations (CPT 96118/96101)
$170 per individual therapy session (CPT 90806)
$400 per hour for Court Testimony/Deposition
$150 per 2.5-hour session for Brain Injury Cognitive Rehab Group therapy
Other fees (e.g., for longer or shorter sessions) are available upon request
Dr Lovrinic's Fees
$220 for initial consultation (CPT 90801)
$170 per individual therapy session (CPT 90806)
$200 per hour for evaluations (CPT 96101)

Nancy DiNatale's Fees
$150 for initial consultation (CPT 90801)
$130 per individual therapy session (CPT 90806)
$150 per hour for Navigation Services

Dr. Cohen's Fees
$250 for initial consultation (CPT 90801)
$170 per individual therapy session (CPT 90806)
$200 per hour for evaluations (CPT 96101)
We accept cash, check and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
We do not accept or process health insurance claims. We will provide you with a form that you can attach to your claim form. You might be able to be reimbursed by your insurance provider. We are out-of-network providers, so please check your plan to see if you have out-of-network benefits. Dr. Stone does accept Medicare for patients interested in the Brain Injury Cognitive Rehab Group.
In certain circumstances, your child needs a psychoeducational evaluation, he/she might be eligible for an Independent Educational Evaluation, which is provided at the expense of your school district. Please contact us for more information.
